Class 7 is governed by its own regime, built around the package rather than only the vehicle: the package type, the transport index and the criticality safety index drive what is possible, and time matters for anything with a short half-life.
What governs a Class 7 movement
The IAEA Regulations for the Safe Transport of Radioactive Material sit under the modal rules — ADR and RID for road and rail, IMDG for sea, ICAO-TI and IATA DGR for air. Package design approval, shipment approval and radiation protection requirements come from the competent authority in each jurisdiction, and several of them require notification before departure.

Do you handle medical isotopes?
Medical and research consignments are within the Class 7 work. Short half-life material is a routing problem as much as a compliance one, and needs to be planned as such.
